O módulo IGNIÇÃO acontece de forma presencial para os alunos com o objetivo de iniciar os participantes no mundo do empreendedorismo, ensinando os princípios e valores de um empreendedor.
COMO FUNCIONA
O IGNIÇÃO é totalmente gamificado com uso de tecnologia de ponta. Nosso objetivo é desafiar a mentalidade e implantar a cultura (princípios e valores) do empreendedorismo. Incentivamos o erro e a correção, respeitamos as autoridades, valorizamos a identidade e as emoções e corremos atrás dos resultados. Cada aula tem um tema específico com foco em preparar as crianças para o mundo do empreendedorismo. Nosso foco não está somente na preparação para ter um negócio, mas para que a mente da criança resolva problemas, use de criatividade para alcançar metas e vivencie os princípios do empreendedorismo que podem ser usados em qualquer área da vida. Para aumentar ainda mais o engajamento dos alunos, utilizamos games com realidade aumentada, com muita tecnologia e inovação. Enquanto eles jogam, observamos como os princípios e valores empreendedores se apresentam em seu comportamento.
O IGNIÇÃO tem duração de 6 semanas em encontros semanais e presenciais, os participantes aprendem e se divertem com empreendedorismo. Nas aulas é utilizado um game (Mobilog) para vivência dos princípios do empreendedorismo. O jogo estimula o pensamento estratégico, raciocínio lógico, o trabalho em equipe e a liderança.
