O que são vouchers MEGA?
No ano letivo 2019-2020, o Programa de Gratuitidade e Reutilização de Manuais Escolares, do Ministério da Educação Português, assegura a gratuitidade dos manuais escolares a todos os alunos do 1º ao 12º ano de escolaridade, matriculados em escolas públicas ou em estabelecimentos de ensino particular e cooperativo com contrato de associação.
Para beneficiar deste programa, os encarregados de educação dos alunos abrangidos necessitam de se registar na plataforma MEGA (https://manuaisescolares.pt/). Após registo, serão emitidos vales (intitulados vouchers MEGA), associados ao Número de Identificação Fiscal (NIF) do encarregado de educação, que permitirão o levantamento dos manuais escolares em qualquer uma das livrarias aderentes (inscritas na plataforma).
Os vouchers mega são compostos por códigos alfanuméricos (um código por manual), apenas utilizáveis uma vez. Para efetivamente poder obter os manuais escolares, os pais ou as livrarias deverão 'resgatar' esses códigos, i.e., comunicar à plataforma MEGA que os está a utilizar.
