- Two more gcc languages were included: Modula-2 and Rust. Also, soft links were incorporated into /usr/bin to facilitate coding, so commands gcc, c++, gfortran, gdc, gccgo, gm2, and gccrs are now available. Test scripts were moved to the home directory too. Thus, students from computer science or applied mathematics can focus more on the core aspects of their code than typing long commands.
