MyIs è la nuova app del Ministero dell’Istruzione che consente di avere un nuovo punto di accesso telematico ai servizi, alle informazioni e alle comunicazioni del dicastero di viale trastevere.
Le caratteristiche
Semplicità, rapidità e trasparenza. L’obiettivo finale dell’app è avvicinare l’amministrazione all’utente, rendendo ancora più semplici e immediati i servizi offerti.

MyIs accoglie i servizi più utilizzati dagli utenti, diventando così un cruscotto digitale unificato e sempre accessibile
I servizi
Istanze, graduatorie, concorsi, contratti e avvisi sono a portata di mano.
Per accedere basta essere registrati all’area riservata del Ministero mentre per consultare tutte le sezioni dell’app occorre essere abilitati al servizio di Istanze OnLine.
La nuova applicazione per ora consente di:
1. vedere tutte le istanze aperte e quelle inoltrate;
2. controllare lo stato del contratto di lavoro;
3. verificare la posizione in graduatoria;
4. seguire l’iter del concorso a cui l’utente ha partecipato;
5. delegare un’altra persona a operare su Istanze OnLine;
6. collegare e validare i dati della PEC;
7. essere aggiornato in tempo reale sulle ultime novità.
Notifiche e promemoria
Un sistema di notifiche garantisce un aggiornamento costante su scadenze e novità nel mondo della scuola.
Chi vorrà potrà inoltre aggiungere un promemoria direttamente sul calendario personale.
