Cette application est un aide-mémoire destiné aux étudiants préparant les certifications PMP© (Project Management Professional) et CAPM© (Certified Associate in Project Management).
Cet aide-mémoire vous permettra de disposer au bout des doigts et dans votre poche, accessible à tout moment, d'une grande partie de l'information nécessaire au passage de votre certification et ceci dans un format plus léger que le PMBOK©. (sic)
Cet aide-mémoire reprend et présente :
- La matrice des processus du management de projet (leurs entrées, les outils associés et leurs sorties)
- Les groupes de processus,
- Les domaines de processus,
- Les définitions, les formules et acronymes (en français et anglais) utiles et nécessaires au passage de votre certification (certaines définitions sont complétées par des schémas),
- De l'information complémentaire (notamment au niveau des outils),
- Une liste de livres de références.
Cet aide-mémoire est basé sur la 6ème édition du PMBOK© (Project Management Body of Knowledge).
Les certifications PMP© et CAPM© sont délivrées par le PMI© (Project Management Institute), organisation professionnelle créée en 1969 orientée sur la gestion de projet.
