Common core standards and math chapters
• Numbers – Learn numbers 0 to 20.
• Arithmetic – Count up to 20; counting forward, counting with objects and numbers.
• Comparisons – Compare numbers and groups in simple arithmetic lessons.
• Addition Concepts – Add with/without pictures and addition word problems.
• Subtraction – Subtract with/without pictures and subtraction sentences.
• Measurement – Classify numbers by color, size or object; length, width, weight and capacity.
• Geometry – Identify 2D/3D shapes and figures, positional words.
*Reading Program Overview*
Children begin by learning letter sounds (ABC) and tracing, then move on to blending them to learn their first words and spellings. They also pick up sight words through fun games and learn to read their first decodable books. The Reading program also offers a variety of bedtime stories and books, so reading becomes a daily habit for young learners.
