Popis
Starting with 2 iPads, REALITi is a highly advanced patient monitor simulator which mimics proprietary monitors and defibrillators.
By expanding the system with more iPads, a complete in-situ simulator can be created.
Add REALITi Chart to use a simulated patient electronic medical record.
Add REALITi Camera to incorporate live audio video streaming with vital sign display. Optionally stream via AirPlay to Apple TV. Instant video review once the simulation has ended is built into the system.
Add REALITi Engage to allow observers to comment, vote and view media.

Adjusted Start Auto Analysis so AED prompts.
Resolved an issue where AED voice prompts could still be heard while the device was in Monitor mode.
Replaced “Up” and “Down” text buttons with arrow icons on Pacing intensity and frequency screens, and improved how adjustments respond to arrow key input.
Updated arrow icons in soft key buttons, the Settings menu, and the Manual Defib energy selection screens for clearer consistency across the interface.
Improved German translations for Advanced ICP Controls, Advanced PAP Controls, and multiple clinical or monitoring terms.
Added missing translations for Imported Image and Imported Video labels.
Corrected casing for the USE OFFLINE button and resolved translation inconsistencies for Urine – Ketones.
Standardized terminology where existing German translations were unclear or inconsistent.
CPR Band
Added detailed logging for CPR band activity, making it easier to identify issues and improve troubleshooting during use.
Facilitator
Updated default ETCO₂ to 39 and respiratory rate (RR) to 12 in both Control and scenarios.
Updated the REALITi Welcome Scenario and quick start scenarios to use these new values (changes apply if “copy default scenarios on startup” is enabled and the app is restarted; any custom scenarios remain unaffected).

Added translations for the 12-Lead ECG button and front panel in Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, and Romanian.
Adjusted layout to ensure all translated text displays correctly.
Updated AED and Pacing label styling for better visibility.
Fixed a display issue in Manual mode where the compression graph incorrectly appeared during energy charge when no CPR device was connected.
Corrected HR value display so numerics no longer shrink when highlighted in Large and Normal views, and restricted highlighting when the ECG source is PAD.
Improved CPR assist visuals: bars now show the correct starting compression depth, bar width and height have been refined, and grey bars were added for clearer release and compression feedback.
“CPR Good Compressions” now displays on a white background, with turquoise bars when compressions meet correct depth and rate, while other bars remain red.
Improved spacing for compression values, “CPR-Comp,” and “Tempo /m” labels to ensure consistent readability.
Fixed ETCO₂ display in Control when connected to EMS1052: removed the incorrect third “pale” eye state, leaving only OFF (grey with line) and ON (blue without line).
Toggling the ETCO₂ eye now correctly updates waveform and text visibility for both ETCO₂ and RR together.
Lifepak 15
Joule settings for cardioversion shocks now remain at the last manually entered value (for example, 100 J) instead of auto-escalating for subsequent shocks.
Maintenance
Upgraded the Instabug iOS SDK to version 16.0.2 to maintain stability and compatibility with upcoming iOS releases.
Zoll X Advanced
Heart rate and pulse rate alarm parameters now adjust correctly when switching patient mode to Pediatric or Neonate.
