Reclaiming Fit follows Coach T's "Move Connected" method, a unique system to help you reclaim access to the range of movement your body has. With the Move Connected method:
1) Workouts prioritize integrated movement and body awareness
2) Healthy strength gains are made because training intentionality is just as important as intensity
3) Max effort is not sought after until movements are mastered
4) Posture, positional strength, and correct movement patterns are deemed key to training longevity
5) Time is dedicated to what Coach T calls intuitive fitness flow. Moving intuitively gets the brain creatively engaged. When we are creative, we are connected!
6) You are given the tools to train self-sufficiently. Reclaiming Fit essentially provides you everything you need for DIY (do-it-yourself) fitness!
