You can rest assured students are learning the same concepts as in the classroom. The Super Challenge games help children understand mathematics, building their confidence along the way. One of the most important steps is to change the negative mind-set most students have from a young age; The Super Challenge helps to relieve the fear and allows students to build self-confidence. The Super Challenge games are aligned with the mathematics curriculums of Australia, the U.S.A., Canada and England.

We have paid particular attention to what engages students and how mathematics is best presented to make it more understandable. By using exciting scenarios relevant and interesting to the specific age group. All games are designed specifically to suit the current math curriculums of Australia, USA, Canada & England.
EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND CURRICULUM SPECIFICS
Suits Ages: 8 – 9 years old. Designed for: Grade 3 students in Australia, Canada, the U.S.A., and Year 4 students in England.

Challenge 1:
Helping students understand addition of large numbers, how to regroup and rearrange large numbers for easier calculations.
Challenge 2:
Exploring the connection between addition and subtraction, helping students learn how to add and subtract. Developing efficient strategies for computation.
Challenge 3:
Tell time to the half-hour and investigate the relationship between units of time. This game is a good gauge of a student’s ability to read time, students must add half an hour to times given.
Challenge 4:
Apply place-value to partition, rearrange and regroup large numbers for easier calculations and to solve problems.
Challenge 5:
Helping students grasp multiplication in preparation to understand division. Using fish in groups, students are asked to find totals without counting fish individually.
Challenge 6:
Reading digital and analogue clocks and identifying there are 60 minutes in an hour. Students must subtract 30 minutes from times given.
Challenge 7:
Learning simple addition and multiplication with 5,15 & 25 as base units.
Challenge 8:
Describe key features of three-dimensional objects. Identifying geometric features such as the number of 'corners', 'edges' and 'faces’.
Challenge 9:
Learning to tell time to the minute and how to convert between hours, minutes and seconds. This game includes addition of time units.
After completing the 9 challenges, student's may then download our genius certificate from our website. Our aim is to build a students mathematical confidence, so they are more willing to try harder. We have found this vital in the early stages of learning mathematics, so students may then reach their full potential.
