Any person can LEARN faster by turning text to voice! At TorTalk, we aim to make the worlds best tools for reading text out loud. TorTalk is a SMART text to speech software, it reads text aloud from pictures, from the TorTalk Web Browser or from PDF files shared to the app.
You can focus on the content of the text while TorTalk reads to you which increases your productivity. Our study tool reads in over 10 different languages and more than 30 high quality natural voices are included (see language list below, more to come in the future).
Product features
1. Listen to web site articles, PDFs, digital text, or physical books.
2. Listen with unlimited high quality voices in 10+ languages.
3. Adjust your reading speed up to 600 words per minute (~3 times faster than sight-reading).
4. Scan physical book pages with TorTalk camera.
5. Import PDF articles straight from safari mobile browser.
6. Import PDFs from emails, iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, and more into TorTalk app.
Our text reading tool is made out of own needs and the focus on the end user is important to us. TorTalk can help if you have dyslexia, ADHD, ADD or if you are reading in your second language or if you have eye strain problems or you want to read on the go and multi-task.

TorTalk subscription
We provide a free trial. When users expire the free trial period, you need a subscription and with a subscription you can use all functions. Without you can’t use any functions.
A subscription period is 30 days and will give you access to all functions in the TorTalk app, that is, take a photo of text and listen to it and use the Web browser inside of TorTalk to listen to the the text on the web and listen PDF files shared to the app
At the end of the term, unless auto-renewables subscriptions are disabled, your subscription will automatically renew in your iTunes account. You will be charged for the regular price of your subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term. You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings at any time, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current term.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
