O programa conta com videoaulas em formato streaming, com duração de aproximadamente 3 minutos cada – diferente daqueles treinamentos longos e cansativos.
Além disso, esse cenário dinâmico estimula um engajamento maior dos participantes, construindo um ambiente gamificado – onde se trás elementos de jogos, para um cenário diferente. Assim a tarefa deixa de ser um peso e passa a ser prazerosa.
Essas aulas são agrupadas em módulos, onde todo conteúdo é disponibilizado via aplicativo de celular ou sistema web facilitando a chegada até você.
É possível definir quem terá acesso ao conteúdo e a frequência em que cada vídeo será liberado.
Após cada videoaula, o aluno colaborador responde 3 perguntas objetivas, para maior garantia de absorção do conteúdo e rankeamento. Ou seja, é possível monitorar o desempenho de cada participante e, ao final de cada módulo ou do programa, premiar os colaboradores com mais acertos.
