TrainManager är ett ekosystem för utbildning där arbetsgivare, leverantörer och deltagare möts i syfte att underlätta kompetenshantering, planering, kursgenomförande, administration, kontroll och revision av kompetenskrav för verksamheter i behov av kompetensövervakning.
TrainManagerApp är verktyget för deltagaren och medarbetaren.
Följande funktioner finns:
RACEBOARD
Ger dig din kompetensstatus för ögonblicket. Här finns olika nivåer. Icke godkänd innebär att du ligger under 70%. För att vara godkänd behöver du ligga i spannet 70-90% men du eftersträvar att nå målet väl godkänd över 90%.
Mycket väl godkänd innebär att du överträffar målet och når 100%!
ACTIONBOARD
Här finns alla action du för närvarande kan utföra. När de är genomförda lagras de under MINA INTYG.
Klicka för att spara ner dina kursdatum i din kalender. Press play för att köra din e-kurs. Ta del av information från arbetsgivare.
FLASHBOARD
Här ser du vilka krav du har med dina nuvarande arbetsuppgifter och vilka du har kvar att uppfylla. Observera att kraven kan ändras när din roll ändras.
Flippa på medaljen för att se datum, intyg, om och när det ska repeteras. Dold medalj är ett krav du ännu inte uppfyllt. Kontrollera din ACTIONBOARD eller kontakta din chef för support.
MINA INTYG
Här finns alla dina lagrade intyg. Symbolerna och signalfärgerna avslöjar tex om intyget är giltigt eller ska repeteras i närtid. Har du intyg som inte finns med i listan? Gå till LADDA UPP och skicka in till oss för registrering.
LADDA UPP
Här kan du ladda upp dina intyg, bevis och dokument kopplade till en kurs eller behörighet. Vi kommer sedan att validera dessa innan registrering i MINA INTYG.
