Set up your timetable (up to 14 days) and add your classes and students, then you're all set for a fast, simple app to help you do the basics in the classroom:
- Countdown timer (with wheel because students love that)
- Attendance
- Ticklist and counter
- Student details
- Notes for students: written, photos, audio
- Stars and attributes (effort etc)
- Import class lists from a file.
Without all the bloat, this is a speedy, dedicated app that does only what you need in the classroom, leaving the rest to your MIS.
The app is 100% free to use, but obviously I like coffee so there's an optional in-app-purchase to buy me one and support development.
Oh, and absolutely nothing ever gets sent to me. In fact, I chose not to add syncing to ensure this. You can export your database if you want for backup, but this is designed to be on-device only, for privacy and security reasons.
Even so, consult your locations laws and rules to be sure you can keep student information or your device, and consider using Apple's built in tools for locking apps.
