Deze app is speciaal ontwikkeld voor deelnemers aan de trainingen van Bureau Zuidema. De inzichten, oefeningen en theorie over het Invloedmodel® helpen je bij de voorbereiding op de trainingsdag(en), de aanscherping van je leerdoelen tijdens de training en de borging van gedragsverandering na afloop. Ontdek wanneer je effectief bent en wanneer niet. En wat er gebeurt als je het eens anders aanpakt dan je gewend bent. Want succesvolle professionals stemmen hun gedrag af op de situatie en de relatie met de ander. Morgen iets anders doen dan vandaag, daar gaat het om.
Met deze app krijg je inzicht in jouw natuurlijke gedrag, ontvang je notificaties en tips die je helpen vaste patronen te doorbreken en word je gestimuleerd om te leren, te ervaren en vooral: te doen! Je gaat aan de slag net zolang tot je het kunt en je vanuit zelfbewustzijn en met vertrouwen jouw verantwoordelijkheid pakt en impact vergroot, op het werk en thuis.
