The Challenge Accepted app comes with hundreds of challenges for people to start immediately and also gives them the option of adding their own or creating challenges with friends for fun or to help create new habits.
For book and film challenges, you can now rate and comment on what you’ve watched or read once completed. You can see what your friends have rated too!
Getting started is free and easy - sign up in seconds with Apple, Google or Facebook login.
Challenge Accepted aims to:
1- Inspire you to start a new fun challenge
When you sign up you can tell us what your interests are from health & fitness, travel, sports, food, productivity, books etc. So that we can recommend challenges tailored to your interests.
2-Help you stay motivated and to keep going with all the challenges you start
You can set reminder notifications for your challenges within the app to help keep you on track by tailoring them to a time and day that suit you.
3-Help you track all your challenges in one place
If we don’t have the challenge you are looking for, let us know or create your own challenge from scratch.
There’s something for everyone with challenges from:
Health and Fitness challenges including 30-day health challenges, 30-day fitness challenges, 30-day squat challenge, 30-day wellbeing challenge, 30-day yoga challenge.
