Baseado na metodologia do megainvestidor Luiz Barsi Filho, o aplicativo AGF é direcionado a pessoas físicas que desejam aprimorar a gestão de seus dividendos.
Confira as principais funcionalidades do app do AGF:
1. Importação de Carteira:
- Importação via B3: Permite importar e sincronizar automaticamente os dados de investimentos registrados na B3.
- Importação Manual: Através de notas de corretagem ou por planilha.
2. Mapa de Dividendo Inteligente (MDI):
- MDI: Ferramenta que mostra quando as principais empresas pagadoras de dividendos historicamente anunciam suas distribuições. O MDI pode ser acessado diretamente pela aba de Investimentos e permite ordenar as empresas por Dividend Yield, proximidade do MDI, ou as mais investidas pelos usuários da plataforma.
3. Ranking de Empresas:
- Visualização do Ranking: O ranking oferece opções de filtros avançados, como dividendos, setores específicos, e outras métricas financeiras.
4. Yield on Cost (YoC):
- Cálculo do YoC: Mostra a rentabilidade dos ativos e da carteira ao longo dos últimos 12 meses, excluindo o mês atual.
5. Tipos de Preço Teto:
- Preço Teto Médio: Calcula o preço máximo a ser pago por uma ação para obter um dividendo de 6% ao ano com base nos pagamentos médios dos últimos seis anos.
- Preço Teto Projetivo: Utiliza projeções de analistas para o ano fiscal corrente para determinar o preço teto.
- Preço de Consenso: Baseia-se nas estimativas de analistas de mercado para definir o preço máximo recomendado para compra de uma ação.
6. Comunidade:
- Interações na Comunidade: Um espaço para compartilhar ideias, insights, negociações, e resolver dúvidas. A comunidade está organizada em diferentes categorias como “Para você”, “Geral”, “Insights”, “Negociações”, e “Dúvidas”.
7. Conteúdo Educacional:
- Treinamentos AGF: Cursos e vídeos de diversos níveis de conhecimento sobre a Bolsa de Valores.
