На сьогодні, мобільні технології відіграють важливу роль в нашому професійному житті. Використання мобільних додатків дозволяє якісно виконувати різноманітні робочі завдання. Додаток ISpro: Tasks дає впевненість в тому, що усі Ваші задачі будуть організовані і Ви будете мати уявлення про все, що Вам потрібно зробити, проконтролювати та не впустити з виду важливі задачі. За допомогою додатку Ви зможете контролювати виконання поставлених Вами завдань, отримувати, переглядати, створювати та редагувати задачі де б Ви не перебували. Усе, що Вам потрібно для роботи з додатком – авторизуватися в системі.
Функціональні можливості:
- Створення робочих завдань, із зазначенням найменування, вибором статусу (поставлене завдання, виконане, прийняте, прострочене), проєкту, виконавця завдання, датою початку та датою закінчення, пріоритетом виконання завдання (звичайний, низький, високий), змістом (короткий опис завдання або коментар), відсотком виконання та витраченим на це часом
- Внесення клієнта в завдання, з відображенням контактних даних (адреса, телефон, електронна адреса). Контактна особа клієнта виставляється автоматично (при наявності кількох контактних осіб - обирається необхідна)
- Контроль виконання завдання контролером-співробітником
- Зміна статусу завдання виконавцем, по мірі його виконання
- Відображення задач різним кольором, залежно від її статусу
- Відображення за кожним днем в календарі усіх закріплених за співробітником задач
- При натисканні на певний день, відображається список задач з можливістю перегляду кожної з них
- Створення плану або списку пунктів, які підлягають обговоренню, завдяки функції адженди.
Інтерфейс додатку розділено на 4 види відображення:
• Повний список завдань
• Календар на місяць
• Тижневий календар
• Щоденний календар
У налаштуваннях програми Ви можете додавати фотографію профілю і змінювати мову інтерфейсу (українська, російська).
Додаток реалізовано на мобільній версії платформи ISpro і оптимізовано для смартфонів і планшетів.
Для повноцінної роботи ISpro: Task потрібна система управління підприємством ISpro не нижче 7.12.004.
