Vimcar offers a complete, comprehensive logbook. Your mileage is transmitted automatically, even without GPS data. It’s as easy as a logbook can get. And even better: It’s tamper-proof. Our app was created with the help of tax advisors. It complies with all German tax laws and follows the highest data protection standards on the market.
All you need is an OBD-plug, which is easily installed in your vehicle’s cab. Your mileage is automatically transmitted to the Vimcar Fahrtenbuch App, guaranteeing a seamless driver’s log experience.

Our Vimcar dongle: The OBD-plug records your trips through an integrated SIM card and GPS receiver. They are automatically stored in an encrypted logbook on the Vimcar server—no smartphone required for your trip.
