4. Comunicación directa. Puedes enviar mensajes directos a nuestro equipo de atención al cliente para que resuelvan cualquier duda/incidencia.

¿CÓMO FUNCIONA?
*Solamente tienes que descargarte la aplicación gratuita, instalarla en tu SmartPhone y crear tu propia cuenta para poder comprar en las máquinas Sanven.
*Abre la app y vincula tu tarjeta débito/crédito y elige la cantidad que desear recargar.
*Si quieres comprar, tienes dos opciones:
*Si tu teléfono dispone de tecnología NFC, acerca tu teléfono al dispositivo de pago que encontrarás en la máquina y se enviará tu saldo, después podrás seleccionar tu café, snack o bebida preferida.
*Si no dispones de NFC, abre la APP e introduce el número de la máquina en la que vas a consumir. Se enviará tu saldo y podrás seleccionar tu café, snack o bebida preferida.
*Si deseas recargar selecciona el icono naranja de la tarjeta y elige con el tirador la cantidad de dinero que quieres recargar. Como puedes comprobar no necesitas volver a escribir toda tu información de pago la tenemos guardada de forma segura.
*Si tienes alguna duda o incidencia puedes escribirnos directamente en la app, en el icono del chat y nos pondremos en contacto contigo.
