With Version 1.2.2, the subscription model is improved. The app is still free to download, and users can elect to join a monthly or yearly subscription as an in-app purchase. In either case, there is a 7-day free trial period, so that users can test out the functionality of the app for free, and cancel if they so choose. The requirement to join the subscription is presented immediately to the user upon download and launch. One improvement in this version is that there is functionality available without a subscription. Specifically, the South Platte watershed in Colorado is active and available for users to explore without a subscription. Additional watersheds and functionality are available with a subscription, which still includes a 7-day free trial period.
Use of this app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Additionally, the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are available in the App with a link at the bottom center of the subscription page and also at the bottom left of the active map.
