Описание
MIND DIVE has a powerful search feature called “My Mood.” You can use this to find resources in the app to help you based on how you are feeling, how you want to feel, what you are interested in right now.
All the content is video based and you can listen or watch depending on where you are and what you need.
MIND DIVE is a revolutionary new approach to mindfulness that will change your perception of meditation. Immediately you will be guided to practice inside your stressful situations, rather than practicing far from these disturbing situations when you are calm. You will be able to watch videos that will teach you how to be calmer in the traffic, how to stop your brain from running all of the time, how to recycle stressful energies, how to cope with trauma, PTSD and the many other exhausting emotions you experience.
MIND DIVE is not only teaching you how to meditate in your daily life, but also how to practice yoga in your daily life. Sonya Om, Disciple of Sri Dharma Mittra, will be guiding you through instructional yoga videos. These tutorials are adapted to multiple levels of practice from beginning to advanced and will encourage you to incorporate yoga into your daily life.
MIND DIVE presents exclusive documentaries with some of the top scientists and researchers of America; Dr. Gary Schwartz PH.D, Dr. Mario Beauregard PH.D, Dr. Diane Hennacy Powell MD, Dr.Deepak Chopra MD, Dr. Menas Kafatos and the spiritual leader Dr. Michael Beckwith (Founder of Agape).
MIND DIVE is much more than a regular App, it is like a TV channel, where you can watch informational films on suicide prevention, neuroscience, spirituality and music therapy for prisoners, featuring Verdine White, Co-founder of Earth, Wind and Fire, along with the movies and spiritual documentaries exclusively produced by Michel Pascal.
MIND DIVE presents all the songs, composed and sung by Michel Pascal, along with those written by Ena Love, which are arranged, produced and performed by Myron McKinley the Music director of Earth Wind and Fire.
