Ring Leader is your go-to for every step of the process, from the “Yes!’ to the “I do!” Start your wedding planning journey by searching for the most well-reviewed pros in your area. Get personalized vendor suggestions (wedding painter, anyone?) view their in-depth profiles, check their availability for your date, and book them on the spot – no games of phone tag required.
Once you’ve got your dream team assembled, you can communicate with each vendor directly in the app, collaborate on all the day-of details, share your inspo photos, and receive customized checklists so you’ll never miss an important step. Ring Leader also stores digital copies of all your wedding paperwork like receipts and contracts, and will send you reminders when you’ve got upcoming appointments and payment due dates.
Speaking of payments, we know that weddings can get pricey. Manage your budget, track your expenses, and view your deposits with Ring Leader. Every payment you make is not only checked off in your app, but it’s checked off in your vendors’ accounts too (meaning you won’t have to dig through your purse for any crumpled-up receipts).
Go ahead – send your wedding invites with no return cards! You won’t have to budget for extra expensive postage with Ring Leader, thanks to our online RSVP functionality. Collect RSVP responses and additional guest information (like Aunt Betty’s dietary restrictions), organize your guest list into categories you create (like “sorority sisters” and “third cousins I’ve never met”) and generate custom seating charts that will leave everyone sitting at the best table ever. When it comes to your bride tribe, we know everyone’s “down for whatever” until the bill arrives.
