Explore all of our courses in the mama app that we created with experienced and empathic experts like midwifes, gynecologists, physiotherapists and many more:
▶ Breastfeeding course with midwife and certified breastfeeding coach Alexandra. You can start this course before giving birth - 8 modules incl. demos, videos and articles
▶ Course for recovery and pelvic floor training. Prevent complaints after birth and workout from home - 8 modules incl. workouts and workbooks. You can start shortly after giving birth and exercise from home.
▶ Baby care and handling course for the first year with your baby - 5 hours and 39 videos. You can practice at home any time with your baby during their first year.
▶ Mindful Mama audio course that will help you to settle in to your new role as a mom - 10 audios incl. worksheets and a journal for mindfulness training for every day, week and month.
▶ Hello Childbed course - 6 modules with videos, tips and audios for the first 8 weeks after giving birth
You will also find amazing external courses that were created by leading experts and recommended by keleya such as the new couple coaching for better communication and understanding for parenting couples.
Please note that all of our courses including workbooks, worksheets and checklists are only available in german at the moment.
