Popis
Beheer Plus is uw beheer en administratie van al uw voorzieningen en buitenobjecten, van grasvelden en toiletten tot aanlegsteigers en speeltoestellen. Voeg contracten en inspectierapporten toe aan objecten en voorzieningen, genereer statistieken en verstuur aanvragen voor onderhoud. Aan de hand van uitgevoerde inspecties en keuringen zijn eenvoudig rapportages te genereren. Naar eigen wens zijn meldingen in te stellen voor bijvoorbeeld periodiek onderhoud of het aflopen van contracten voor gebruikersrechten.
Efficiënte administratie en meer
Beheer Plus biedt een overzichtelijke en gedetailleerde database van alle gebruikte objecten en voorzieningen. Selecties zijn mogelijk per object en objecttype of op grond van bijvoorbeeld geselecteerde terreinen of gebieden. Door het toevoegen van documenten als handleidingen, keuringskenmerken of inspectierapporten is ook deze informatie eenvoudig beschikbaar. Een meldfunctie voor periodiek onderhoud en periodieke keuringen draagt bij aan een efficiënt beheer. Notificaties voor het verlopen van gebruikersrechten en contracten zorgen voor tijdig reageren alvorens een periode afloopt.
Ideale intermediair
Beheer Plus biedt een realtime overzicht van de status van uw objecten en voorzieningen. In één oogopslag is inzichtelijk wanneer welke werkzaamheden of inspecties van een object verricht zijn en welke acties er nog openstaan bij een object of een groep objecten. Waarbij alle detail informatie, keuringskenmerken en -richtlijnen en bijzondere specificaties ter plaatse zijn in te winnen en onderhoud conform deze eisen is uit te voeren. Een papieren administratie voor onderweg is niet meer nodig. Meldingen van acties zijn direct in te zien door zowel de binnen- als buitendienst. Beheer Plus is daarmee de ideale intermediair tussen u en de onderhoudsdienst.
De app vraagt toestemming voor uw locatie zodat u zichtbaar bent op de kaart. Om meldingen te verrijken met foto's vraagt de app ook toestemming tot uw camera en fotobibliotheek.
Beheer plus is onderdeel van het Folkersma beheerpakket C-TIP. U kunt uw C-TIP account gebruiken om in te loggen. Als u geen C-TIP account heeft, dan kunt tikken op "Log in met demo account" op het startscherm. Zo kunt al wel een inzicht krijgen in de mogelijkheden die Beheer plus biedt.
