- Receba notificações sobre qualquer evento importante do metrô que possa impactar sua viagem. Agora o Metrô-DF poderá se comunicar diretamente com todos os seus usuários, em caso de necessidade, de forma ágil e eficiente;
- Conheça todos os detalhes de cada estação do metrô: quais são os serviços oferecidos, quais os pontos de interesse próximos e mapa das imediações. Veja, ainda, quais são as estações com disponibilidade de serviços públicos, bicicletas compartilhadas e caixas eletrônicos;
- Saiba qual é a estação mais próxima de você;
- Planeje seu trajeto: saiba como e quando vai chegar ao seu destino;
- Faça sugestões, críticas, denúncias, etc utilizando o sistema de ouvidoria OUV-DF integrado ao aplicativo, que também conta com o recurso de fazer denúncias ou reclamações de forma totalmente anônima. Caso faça uma manifestação em que você se identifique, o Metrô-DF vai responder sua demanda por email ou por meio do site OUV-DF (https://www.ouv.df.gov.br);
