Description
Mobibus, service de Transport à la demande, fonctionne 364 jours par an. Pour bénéficier du service, un dépôt de dossier est nécessaire. Par la suite, vous pouvez utiliser l’application pour réserver vos prochains trajets.
L'inscription au service Mobibus doit être faite préalablement, par envoi d'un dossier. Les personnes en fauteuil roulant ou non voyantes ont un accès direct après inscription, les demandes liées à d'autres situations de handicap doivent passer devant une commission.
Chaque bénéficiaire de Mobibus a le droit à un accompagnant gratuit (majeur et valide).
Le service Mobibus ne saurait être assimilé au taxi. Il s'agit d'un service de transport public. Le client doit choisir l’horaire prioritaire qu’il souhaite pour sa réservation : la prise en charge ou la dépose, mais en aucun cas les deux pour un même trajet.
Dans le cadre de sa mission de service public, Mobibus privilégie le recours au groupage. Pour satisfaire le maximum de demandes, un transport réservé peut être décalé dans la limite de + ou – 10 minutes par rapport à l’horaire convenu par téléphone ou annoncé sur Internet.
L’application Mobibus vous permet de réserver ou programmer un ou plusieurs trajets, de voir le véhicule à l’approche et d’être notifié de son arrivée proche par SMS.

Voici comment cela fonctionne :
- Ouvrez simplement l'application Mobibus et dites-nous : d’où vous partez et où vous souhaitez aller
- L'application utilise l’adresse de prise en charge renseignée pour que votre chauffeur sache où vous chercher
- Vous pouvez suivre la progression de votre véhicule sur une carte mais pas d’inquiétude, vous serez averti par SMS 10 min avant son arrivée !
