1. UDI Maps mang tới cho người sử dụng những tính năng và thông tin gì ?
• Sử dụng bản đồ nền giao thông và các tính năng tìm đường được cung cấp bởi Google, chi tiết và chính xác;
• Thông tin về tình hình mưa, triều cường và các điểm ngập đang diễn ra trên địa bàn Thành phố;
• Hỗ trợ thông tin để người dùng tìm các tuyến đường thay thế, tránh các vị trí ngập khi tham gia giao thông;
• Đưa ra thông tin cảnh báo các vùng có thể xuất hiện tình trạng ngập;
• Hỗ trợ thông tin để người dùng có thể lập kế hoạch tham gia giao thông hiệu quả và có những phương án bảo vệ, giảm nhẹ thiệt hại về tài sản trước khi xuất hiện tình trạng ngập;
• Cập nhật thông tin mới nhất và những cảnh báo khẩn cấp liên quan tới ngập lụt cho người dùng thông qua tin nhắn.
2. Bạn muốn góp sức, chung tay cùng chúng tôi trong công tác chống ngập? Rất đơn giản.
• Người dùng gửi thông tin, hình ảnh các vị trí ngập ghi nhận được khi tham gia giao thông qua ứng dụng. Thông tin gửi về là vô cùng quan trọng và hữu ích, góp phần đa dạng hóa nguồn dữ liệu để công tác quản lý được sâu sát hơn nữa. Bên cạnh đó, thông tin được cập nhật kịp thời và chi tiết giúp chúng tôi đưa ra các giải pháp ứng cứu nhanh và phù hợp hơn với tình hình thực tế, góp phần giảm nhẹ thiệt hại khi xảy ra ngập;
• Trong quá trình sử dụng người dùng có thể đóng góp thông tin về những lỗi, bất tiện gặp phải hay những thông tin cần bổ sung và những ý tưởng phát triển ứng dụng UDI Maps. Chúng tôi rất mong nhận được nhiều phản hồi từ người dùng để có thể phát triển ứng dụng này ngày càng hữu ích và phù hợp với yêu cầu của cộng đồng.
