¿Cansado de largas y tediosas sesiones de Planning Poker? Estimator transforma la estimación de historias de usuario o tareas en un proceso rápido, colaborativo y ¡hasta divertido! Inspirado en la simplicidad de herramientas dinámicas, nuestra app utiliza el popular método de tallas de camiseta (XS, S, M, L, XL) para ayudarte a ti y a tu equipo a alcanzar un consenso rápidamente.
¿Cómo Funciona?
Define Factores: Estima cada tarea evaluando 4 factores clave (del 1 al 5): Cantidad de Trabajo, Complejidad, Incertidumbre y Experiencia del equipo.
Crea o Únete: Cualquier miembro del equipo puede crear una “encuesta” de estimación para una tarea específica o unirse a una existente mediante un código simple.
Vota: Cada participante ingresa sus valores para los 4 factores y la app calcula una puntuación y asigna una talla de camiseta (XS a XL). ¡Solo un voto por persona!
Visualiza Resultados: Al instante, todos los participantes ven un Dashboard en tiempo real que muestra cuántos han votado y la distribución de las tallas estimadas (ej: 3 S, 5 M, 1 L), además de la talla resultante calculada.
