• Detects Contacts, phone numbers and email addresses in iOS calendar appointments then provides quick communication options
• Tap a phone number or email address to make a phone call, send a text or email or send a prebuilt text or email from a template
• Find street address locations or get directions

CONTACTS

• Apex lists Contacts matched with names or organisation names found in an appointment, then provides options
• Access the iOS Contact sheet from within the appointment and edit if needed
• Add a new Contact for an appointment from within the appointment

TEMPLATES

• Create unlimited text or email templates
• Include appointment, Contact or even custom data in your template by dragging and dropping data tags
• Send texts or emails including appointment title, date, time, location and notes
• Include Contact names, organisation names and locations
• Add custom data tags including links, signatures, your organisation, or any text based information
• Edit any template when needed
• Each template contains separate text and email formats

MAPS

• Find appointment locations or get directions to addresses in your appointments
• Select between Apple or Google Maps
