Disclaimer — Dhammin neither represents nor in affiliation with any government authority, as the activation of this application for each electoral candidate is based on a contract concluded between Dhammin’s management team and every electoral candidate. The terms of this contract include that each candidate provides Dhammin’s development team with the data of its voters in the constituency or region, according to the type of election, to install them on his/her campaign’s server database. The main source of voters data in the National Assembly and Municipal Council elections is the General Administration for Elections at the Ministry of Interior in Kuwait, which provides each electoral candidate with that data in the form of electronic spreadsheets. As for the elections of cooperative societies, it is the management of each cooperative society who provides each candidate in its elections with these spreadsheets. Dhammin does not hold/share any data for its users, as the data is saved on the server of each candidate independently and outside the framework of the powers of Dhammin’s development team. Important Note — This app is designated only for Dhammin's clients (candidates subscribed to the service and provided their list of voters) within the State of Kuwait. Using the app to access the data of a campaign requires prior installation of an API software and a list a voters -provided by the candidate- on the campaign's server. Please do not download this app If you were not invited to by a campaign member. Please visit the official website for more details.

— Voters: a comprehensive and detailed view of the lists of voters (provided by the campaign management team) within a district, with the ability to advanced-search.
— Guarantees: Comprehensive management of electoral guarantees for every campaign member, with the ability to view the status of voting (provided by the polling management team of the campaign).
— Events: Schedule campaign members' suggestions to visit events such as social events and Diwaniyahs.
— Analytics: Full electoral analytics on voters, guarantees, electoral committees, candidates and campaign members; all based on the data provided by the campaign members and its management teams.
— Polling/Tally Management: Ability to manage polling and tally processes by permitted campaign members, giving live insights for other campaign members with certain privileges.
