Description
Lo scopo dell'applicazione è quello di fornire un accesso ottimizzato per i dispositivi mobile, quali smartphone e tablet.
L'applicazione presenta un menù con le seguenti funzioni:
- profilo
- utenti (seguendo il concetto cardine della suite eCivis Solutions del nucleo famigliare, l'accesso alla app permette di visualizzare tutti gli utenti iscritti ai diversi servizi del nucleo famigliare)
- news
- documenti
- comunicazioni personali
- stato contabile
* servizi a consumo
* documenti emessi
- prenotazione pasti (ove attivato presso il Comune di appartenenza, permette al genitore di gestire le presenze a mensa dei figli, secondo il calendario dei turni di refezione)
L'app permette di visualizzare i dati del comune e di selezionare la lingua di visualizzazione (italiano o inglese)
Nota: la app eCivis è sviluppata e messa a disposizione dell'Ente da Project S.r.l.; i dati degli iscritti, i dati amministrativi ed ogni altro contenuto sono di titolarità del Comune di appartenenza presso il quale il cittadino ha fatto l'iscrizione al/ai servizi scolastici; la correttezza e la gestione di tali dati sono in capo al Comune titolare dei dati, o a seconda dei casi alla Ditta che per concessione gestisce il servizio; Project è responsabile unicamente per il trattamento dei dati e la loro sicurezza, ma in nessun modo entra in merito alla correttezza e/o alla gestione degli stessi. Per ogni informazione in merito si rimanda al Comune di appartenenza.
