G-스마트링크 서비스는 편리한 예약 및 사용 내역 확인 등 기관 소속 차량을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 공공클라우드 기반 차량관리 솔루션입니다.
1. 회원 가입 및 로그인
- App. 실행 후 로그인 화면에서 회원 가입 진행
ㆍ고객사(소속) 선택 후 관리자에게 받은 인증번호를 입력
2. 차량 예약
- 지도 또는 스케줄 기반으로 주차장 및 차량 선택 후 예약
3. 차량 이용
- 예약변경, 차량 사진 전송 등 부가 기능
4. 차량 반납
- 지정 주차위치 주차 후 시동 끄고 반납 수행
- 반납조건 만족 시 반납시간 도달하면 자동 반납
5. 관리자 프로그램(CMS)
- 별도로 제공되는 관리자 프로그램에서 상세 관리 가능
- 예약관제, 회원관리, 통계 확인 등 다양한 기능
6. 그 외
- 공지사항/이벤트, 1:1 문의, 자주묻는 질문 제공
- 환경설정 > App 설정에서 옵션 변경 가능

* 운전 중 조작은 위험하오니 반드시 주/정차 시에만 조작 후 운행해 주세요.
* 본 서비스는 차량에 설치된 Beacon과 연결되어야 하는 기능이 있으므로 블루투스를 활성화 시켜주세요.
* 본 서비스는 아이폰의 GPS 및 블루투스를 사용하므로, 이용 시 배터리의 소모가 있을 수 있습니다.
