Popis
Marine Manager er tilpasset bruk i skip og verftsindustrien med et fokus på jobblister utført med SFI koder og klassifiseringssytem. Dette lar båtbyggere, båteiere, redere og fagfolk lett arbeide sammen.
Marine Manager skal være tilgjengelig for alle involverte i en arbeidsplass. Ideen er å implementere et enkelt endrings- og dokumenthåndteringssystem, som alltid vil sørge for at alle aktører har riktig oppdatert versjon av tegninger, logg og kontroll på alle endringer og kommunikasjon. All informasjon som omhandler; tillegg, avvik, jobblister, endringer og annen rapportering, skal også være tilgjengelig.
Nøkkelfunksjoner:
• Utføring av jobblister med SFI koder og dokumentasjon
• Revisjonskontroll
• Dokumentasjon (SFI og ellers)
• Annotering på bilder og tegninger
• Ta bilder med mobilkamera for å dokumentere avvik, endringer mm
• Push-varsling ved endringer
• Kommunisering ved chat-funksjon
• Oppgavehåndtering
Enkel håndtering og godkjenning av alle involverte aktører vil hindre misforståelser gjennom endringsprosessen. Visualisering ved hjelp av bilder, tatt med smarttelefon gjennom Marine Manager, visualiserer problemstillinger og forslag til løsning, som igjen reduserer behovet for befaringer.
Marine Manager skal bli et verktøy som alle prosjektledere ønsker å benytte seg av for å sikre god revisjonshåndtering, endringskontroll og kommunikasjon.
