Description
「NI Consulting Name」アプリ（NI-C-Name） は、これまでビジネスの場において紙の名刺で行われていた氏名・電話番号・メールアドレス・所属情報などの連絡先情報（「プロフィール情報」）の交換をデジタルな手段で実現するスマートデバイス向けのアプリケーションです。
このアプリを使うと例えば、お互いにこのアプリを利用していれば、
* スマートデバイスに内蔵の Bluetooth(R) を使った近接無線通信で距離を保ちながら簡単・安全にプロフィール情報を交換
相手がNI-C-Nameを利用していなくても、
* お互いにQRコードを読み取ってプロフィール情報を交換
* オンライン商談の画面に表示されたQRコードを読み取ってプロフィール情報を交換
* プロフィール情報を知らせたい相手にメールに添付して案内
といったことが可能になります。
◆営業支援システム『Sales Force Assistant』と連携で全社共有◆
NIコンサルティングが提供する営業支援システム『Sales Force Assistant』をご利用の場合は、『NI-C-Name』と連携することで、交換したプロフィール情報を自動的に自社のパーソン情報として企業の情報資産として共有するといった更に活用した使い方もできます。
連携させる場合はご利用中のSales Force AssistantシリーズにWebブラウザでアクセス・サインインし、専用の画面に表示される認証用QRコードを本アプリ内から読み取るか、または、本アプリ内に直接URL・ユーザーID・パスワードの認証情報を入力して連動させます。
