The simplest way to block apps. Tap the "Start" button, and your apps are blocked!
SCHEDULED FOCUS SESSIONS.
You can customize blocking schedules to activate on specific days or times. For instance, you can block social media apps during work hours, or ensure work-related apps are inaccessible while you're at home.
ADJUSTABLE DAILY USAGE LIMITS FOR APPS.
E.g. if you want to spend no more than 15 minutes a day on Instagram, set up an app limit on the 'Limits' page and watch your addiction disappear.
