The RIG app easily connects drivers and mechanics when things get complicated. Respond to requests and send offers, track progress, and complete the transaction in the app.
SIMPLE SERVICE RESPONSE
Whether it is urgent or planned maintenance, respond to it all on the app. Send offers for tire changes, towing, or mobile service. You can even send offers through the app for requests that come in by phone.
REAL-TIME TRACKING
Easily identify the service point and follow the navigation to where you need to go. Notify the driver when you arrive and when service is complete.
EASY TRANSACTING
Drivers receive detailed invoices when work is complete and payment is made via the app. Rig holds the agreed invoice amount until service completion to guarantee a secure transaction.
