- Thanks for using Roots! This version adds new tools to help you stay present and make more mindful choices before unlocking your apps:
1) Meditate to Unblock Apps: Take a short mindful pause to reset before jumping back in.
2) Screen Time Alert Notifications: Turn these on in Settings > Notifications to get gentle reminders about your usage throughout the day. This is an early preview, so it may still be a little buggy—we'd love your feedback.
We’ve also made lots of small improvements and bug fixes to keep everything running smoothly.
