说明
Fahrtstrecke aufzuzeichnen, Bilder aufzunehmen, Notizen zu schreiben, Protokollprofile auszufüllen. Außerdem ist die Applikation mit GPS ausgestattet und die Fahrtstrecken werden automatisch mittels Google Maps generiert. Jedes Dokument bekommt einen Uhrzeitstempel. Sie sparen Zeit bei der Dokumentation, da alles direkt vor Ort digital erfasst wird und Protokolle automatisch erstellt werden.
Die digital erfassten Daten können schnell und direkt über das mobile Datennetz oder per Wlan weitergeleitet werden. Beispielsweise an Auftraggeber oder Behörden.
Es werden alle vor Ort erstellten Fotos im Protokoll abgelegt. Erstellte Notizen werden im Protokoll festgehalten. Protokollprofile sind individuell anpassbar! Das Protokoll wird mit einer digitalen Unterschrift gesendet.
Kein Betrug durch Fake-Kontrollzettel und keine Täuschung durch Kontrollfahrer durch GPS Aufzeichnung, denn die Wegstrecke wird 100% mit der App aufgezeichnet.
Sie bekommen die Übersicht aller Aufträge und Kontrollfahrten und können schnell eine Suche von Aufträgen im System durchführen. Die Software bietet auch eine Kalenderfunktion, wo Sie die laufenden und fertiggestellten Aufträge mit Adressen angezeigt bekommen.
