Description
Stock.Pit wird den Bestellablauf in ihrem Unternehmen revolutionieren. Sie können mit Stock.Pit schneller, einfacher und fehlerfreier Bestellungen direkt bei Ihrem Lieferanten aufgeben. Artikel anlegen, Lieferanten hinterlegen und bei Bedarf Sollbestand für die einzelnen Lager festhalten – schon kann jeder ihrer Mitarbeiter Bestellungen ausführen.
Stock.Pit bietet die Möglichkeit, einzelne Artikel in verschiedene Bestelllisten zu gruppieren. Die Bestelllisten können mit einer Erinnerungsfunktion versehen werden, sodass sie keine Bestellung mehr vergessen werden. Der Bestellablauf ist denkbar einfach – entweder Sie geben die nötige Menge ein, oder aber Sie haben bereits einen Sollbestand hinterlegt. In diesem Fall müssen Sie lediglich den aktuellen Istbestand eintragen und Stock.Pit erledigt den Rest. Nach dem Abschließen der Bestellung sammelt Stock.Pit die offenen Positionen je Lieferant. Sie können nun noch weitere Bestellungen ausführen und zu einem gewünschten Zeitpunkt die gesamten offenen Positionen je Lieferant gemeinsam absenden. Hierzu wird durch Stock.Pit eine E-Mail generiert, in der alle nötigen Informationen enthalten sind. Sie können nun noch zusätzliche Informationen manuell hinzuschreiben wie bspw. den genauen Lieferzeitpunkt oder Ort.
Falls Sie Lieferant sind, ist Stock.Pit ebenfalls sehr interessant für Sie. Legen Sie online ihren Lieferantenaccount an, laden Sie ihr gesamtes Produktsortiment hoch und nutzen Sie die ersten fünf kostenlosen Testlizenzen, um ihren Kunden eine neue Bestellwelt zu eröffnen. Zukünftig bekommen Sie alle Bestellungen pünktlich per E-mail vom Kunden gesendet und diese beinhaltet außerdem alle wichtigen Informationen wie Kunden- und Artikelnummer sowie Lieferzeitpunkt und Ort. Lange Telefonate oder fehlerhafte Bestellungen gehören somit der Vergangenheit an. Ihr Kunde muss sich in diesem Fall ebenfalls einen Kundenaccount anlegen, damit er online die für ihn wichtigen Artikel raussuchen kann und somit später in der App keine Artikel enthalten sind, die ihr Kunde nicht benötigt. Dennoch kann der Kunde online ihr gesamtes Produktsortiment erst einmal durchschauen und entdeckt dabei sicherlich auch das ein oder andere neue interessante Produkt. Sie können auch zu jedem ihrer Produkte eine Beschreibung formulieren, wodurch der Kunde sofort eine detaillierte Information vorliegen hat. Dies wäre bspw. für Weinhändler von großem Vorteil. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Möglichkeit Ihre Kunden unkompliziert und zeiteffizient über Neuigkeiten in Ihrem Unternehmen sowie Ihrem Sortiment zu informieren.

Durch die aktivierte Servernutzung können Sie online bis zu fünf Benutzer anlegen. Die jeweiligen Endgeräte können über den Server miteinander kommunizieren und jeder ihrer Mitarbeiter ist stets auf dem neusten Stand

Kaufen Sie Lizenzen für 0,99€ monatlich und geben Sie diese an ihre Kunden weiter.
