Teo Softphone for iPhone is a standalone softphone application and is not a VoIP service. A Teo Unified Communications system is required to make calls. You must learn and abide by your cellular carrier's network restrictions. Teo will not be held liable for any charges, fees or liability imposed by your carrier for use of VoIP over 3G or 4G carrier networks.
