Built for Operatives, by Operatives, The Operatives Group App was conceived from the need to eliminate the "missing link" between the Operative and the Operations Manager.
Whether it be Compiling Reports, Showcasing Skills & Capabilities, or Sourcing and being Selected for Upcoming Tasks, The Operatives Group App will have you covered.
With more feature intensive versions in the making, this version focuses heavily on that “age old problem” for the Operative on the ground, who having fulfilled their role within the given task period, then has to compile a Detailed, Professional Report for the Operations Manager.
More often than not, this will be achieved, not in Work Time, but in their OWN TIME!
Worst yet, this Additional and Lengthy work will not be billable and restricts the Operatives' potential availability for upcoming tasks.
The Operatives Group App will allow the Operative to Log Relevant Activities and Compile their Report, On The Ground, in an Intuitive and Efficient manner, leaving little to nothing more to do at the end of the task, except create then send it to the Operations Manager with the push of one button.
The Operative is then immediately free to move on to their next task, without further delay, or loss of potential earnings.

Chronological Timestamped Entries
Entries created by any Team Member, at Any Time, in Any Order, from Anywhere! The Operatives Group App allows total Team Collaboration and Flexibility, while ensuring that all entries remain in Chronological Order, Automatically!
Entry Presets
Eliminate the need for repeated Writing or Copying & Pasting of frequently used Log / Report Entries. Simply create and save as many preset entries as you need, ready for use when you need! Create “My Presets” for personal use on any task, or “Task Presets” for team member use on a specific task.
Brevity Codes
Brevity Codes can be Callsigns, Codewords, Codenames, Nicknames or Abbreviations, used to reference People, Locations, Vehicles, Assets, Etc. Operatives on the ground, often use Brevity Codes to shorten and simplify communications, while reducing the chances of confusion and ambiguity at critical moments. However, Operations and certainly Clients, do not always want to see such "Jargon" within their Final Reports. At the point of Report Generation have all relevant Brevity Codes converted to read as desired by Operations and the Client, AUTOMATICALLY!
Personalised Report Settings
Numerous Tasks, Multiple Teams, Interchanging Team Members. Take Control of Log / Report Formatting & Appearance with Report Settings. Task Providers can await the Task Log / Report, safe in the knowledge that when received, it will look as expected, and require little to no additional formatting. Clients can be provided Consistent, Professional Logs / Reports time and time again, regardless of any Task Team Dynamic.
Word or PDF Exporting
Preview your Log / Report at any point to review and confirm how its looking. Then when ready, export it in Word or PDF format to the recipient of your choice.
Team Collaboration
The Operatives Group App allows ALL Team Members to Collaborate, Contribute and therefore, take on Shared Responsibility towards the Compiling and Creation of the task's final Log / Report. With Team Collaboration, it is now possible for the entire team can step off task, with little to no further work or consideration required for the task's Log / Report.
