Numeri utili
Il driver avrà la possibilità di consultare e visualizzare solo i numeri di telefono, centri di assistenza e localizzazione del Service Point del Noleggiatore del proprio veicolo. Se dispone anche di una Fuel Card, compariranno i contatti del petroliere. Sarà sempre possibile contattare il numero e indirizzo e-mail dedicato di UFleet per inoltrare qualsiasi tipo di richiesta.
Documenti e Procedure
Le procedure aziendali, la Car Policy, la Car List, i Moduli sinistri e/o verbali interni possono diventare un problema se non aggiornati e ricevuti via cartaceo. Il driver tramite U-APP potrà consultare, scaricare e salvare tutte le procedure messe a disposizione dalla propria azienda.
Fuel Card
Se al proprio veicolo è associata una o più Fuel Card, il driver potrà controllare il numero, la scadenza e il proprio circuito di Fuel Card. In caso volesse interagire con UFleet per bloccare la carta o segnalare eventuali anomalie, sarà necessario cliccare il tasto “segnala anomalia”. Verrà gestita la pratica da parte del Team operativo. Il Driver potrà altresì consultare i propri consumi di Carburante.
Contravvenzioni
Quando UFleet gestisce le contravvenzioni, tutti i documenti associati ad una pratica vengono caricati in questa sezione. Il Driver potrà quindi controllare, consultare, scaricare la ricevuta di pagamento, il verbale di contravvenzione e i vari moduli associati. In questa vista vengono storicizzate le informazioni, quindi può essere filtrato il periodo di interesse e consultato un dato passato.
Tagliando assicurativo
A decorrere dal 18.10.2015 è cessato l’obbligo di esporre sul veicolo il contrassegno di assicurazione, recante il numero della targa e l’indicazione dell’anno, mese e giorno di scadenza, che l’impresa di assicurazione consegnava all’assicurato unitamente al certificato di assicurazione. Quest’ultimo però, dovrà continuare ad essere portato con sé dal Driver per essere esibito in sede di controllo. Grazie e questa sezione, il Driver potrà sempre e in ogni momento consultare il Tagliando assicurativo associato del proprio veicolo
Upload Documenti
Il ritiro, la riconsegna di un veicolo richiedono la compilazione di molteplici moduli cartacei. Questi documenti sono necessari per UFleet. Con U-APP l’invio telematico dei documenti potrà essere sostituito direttamente con una Foto. In aggiunta ai verbali, il Driver potrà caricare tramite U-APP la propria patente, lo stato di famiglia, le lettere di assegnazione e autorizzazione siglate, le ricevute di pagamento contravvenzione e molti altri documenti necessari per il ciclo di vita del veicolo aziendale.
Survey KM
Poter inserire direttamente il Chilometraggio del proprio veicolo aziendale tramite Smartphone in qualsiasi momento della giornata e senza dover ricevere molteplici solleciti di remind è ora possibile! Le informazioni relative ai KM sono essenziali per il cliente, poterle storicizzare, analizzare e consultare è la potenzialità dello strumento.
