TaskTape uses innovative tools for managing any project in the real world where timely communications is important, using digital media such as Photos, Videos, Voice Recording and Notes.
We use the latest technologies, GPS, and image annotations. TaskTape helps you connect your requests and requirements to the physical world in a way that allows ALL substance of your communications to be current, no matter how many times the plan gets re-told, added to or revised.
Create your Job, then your Job Areas and TaskViews, put your TaskTapes on your TaskView photos, then put all the details you want in each Tape created. Share the job via email, text, or a PDF with your coworkers, or with your clients for a brilliant new clarity in job definition.
Jobs, tasks, photo, annotations, videos, and voice recordings are all kept organized. Shared jobs are kept up to date automatically to each individual shared to in the jobs’ communications threads saving time and money.
