Here are some of the features of the app
Offline Playlist
+ Add items to a playlist for continuous playback or read them instantly from an in-built web browser
+ Once downloaded to the playlist, items are available for offline playback without an internet connection
+ Go back to items that completed playing or save them for later
RSS Playlist
+ Have reading material pushed to your device with RSS feeds
+ Play items in a RSS playlist sequentially like listening to a radio channel
+ Use RSS Playlist functionality as a free RSS Reader
Common playlist functionalities
+ Play, pause, fast-forward, rewind or skip items with a beautiful playback control or from a locked screen or an Apple Watch
+ Adjust playback to a particular position in the timeline
+ View text being read real-time
Read from clipboard
+ Copy emails and documents to clipboard and have them read out loud (New feature)
Speed Reading
+ Practice Speed Reading with your content with multiple speed reading tools - Highlight Reader, Column Reader and Focused Reader
Supporting functionalities
+ Automatic backup and sync of saved items and favorites across installs and iCloud enabled devices for same user
+ Play audio with device screen off to save battery (RSS Playlist requires screen to be ON)
+ Choose amongst a plethora of voices provided by Apple or change the playback speed
+ Exhaustive help videos to get you up and running with how to use the app

2) This app does not use cellular/wifi data for audio playback once an item text has been downloaded. It uses a customized version of Apple's text-to-speech software that is part of the device's operating system.
