Description
Asistencia COVID-19 también facilita el reporte de casos COVID-19 al Ministerio de Salud, además proporciona información sobre la prevención de la enfermedad y las medidas que el gobierno está tomando para la contención y manejo del COVID-19 en el país. La aplicación también permite revisar casos de COVID-19 reportados en Guatemala y en otros países, a través de un vínculo que conecta con otra plataforma especializada en este tema.
La aplicación ofrece un espacio de autoevaluación de conocimientos básicos sobre distintos elementos clave de la pandemia COVID-19 y las acciones que son necesarias para prevenir contagios o expansión del virus. La autoevaluación permite mejorar los conocimientos del usuario sobre las medidas que debe tomar para protegerse y contribuir a contener la pandemia.
Para utilizar la APP no se necesita crear un usuario, el reporte de casos sospechosos de COVID-19 es confidencial y anónimo, y sirve para organizar las citas médicas online y para identificar zonas geográficas (no personas) en dónde se estén presentando casos sospechosos de la enfermedad, información que será utilizada para la planificación de programas de asistencia humanitaria.
La información personal que se solicita es mínima e incluso se pueden reportar casos y acceder a asistencia médica gratuita online, sin indicar el nombre de la persona interesada en acceder al servicio. Los datos personales, nombre de la persona que aplica el autodiagnóstico de síntomas, si se decide proporcionarlo, no será publicado bajo ninguna circunstancia.
