Designed for the discerning twitcher and removes the noise common in modern sighting apps. There are no social feeds, no public heatmaps, no ads, and no selling of your data. Just a simple, reliable way to record your sightings properly.
Birdz lets you log each sighting with precise location, date, along with species, number, sex, optional notes, and photos. Everything is fast to enter and easy to review later, whether you’re in the field or back home.
Your sightings are displayed on clean, uncluttered maps using satellite or standard views, making it easy to see where you’ve been without exposing your locations to anyone else. Pins stay private and meaningful — no competition, no crowdsourced pressure.
Birdz also turns your records into clear personal statistics. View totals by species and sex to understand your sighting history at a glance. The focus is insight, not comparison.
