FlightXtract
FlightXtract is a quick-reference toolkit built specifically for commercial airline pilots. Whether you’re in the cockpit, on the ground, or preparing for your next duty, FlightXtract delivers the operational clarity you need in your pocket.

Don't switch between documents, apps, or manuals. FlightXtract puts information at your fingertips, including:

• BLR: Access both BLR and EASA on the same page. Results in seconds giving you latest push back and take off times for your flight regardless of distractions with delays. This gives you the choice to work to what you feel rested for. This covers FDP, rest requirements down route, homebase and back 2 back, reserve call out validation as well as inflight rest calculations.

• Wake Turbulence Separation Standards: From ICAO guidelines to RECAT categorisations, quickly reference separation minima with confidence.

• Flight Time and Duty Limitations: Access regulations across FAA Part 117, EASA FTLs, and BLR schemes to support informed decision-making in complex and distracting operational environments.

• NOTOC Guidance: A handy reference for understanding Notification to Captain content and hazards.

• More Tools Coming: Additional modules and tools are in active development, based on pilot feedback and operational demand.

FlightXtract is built using a user-centric development model, which means your feedback directly influences updates and new features. If there’s something you’d like to see added, changed, or improved - whether it’s a UI element or a whole new tool - we want to hear from you.

This approach allows us to update the app more frequently and more meaningfully than most aviation tools on the market. We don’t publish features for the sake of it - we build what you ask for. Think of us as your personal software developer!

You will need an active in-app subscription for the application to work. Start with a 1-month free trial, then subscribe monthly or annually. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

  • This update introduces a new FTL scheme, available within the Settings menu.

    When the updated FTL scheme is enabled:
    • Updated theme colours across all pages
    • New app icon displayed throughout the app, including Apple Watch notifications
    • Push notification reminders at 60, 30, 15, and 0 minutes prior to the latest pushback time

    The new FTL scheme, while simpler than BLR, is currently in its first iteration. If you notice any discrepancies, please email us as soon as possible with a screenshot so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
