Mit der Herzenswald Schmitten App kannst Du nun noch enger mit diesem Projekt verbunden sein und Deine persönliche Reise durch den Herzenswald verfolgen.

Finde jeden einzelnen Baum mit exakten Koordinaten, erfahre Pflanzdatum, Baumart und alle Pateninfos und lasse Dich von der Geschichte jedes Baumes inspirieren.
