iOTC is a reference app to provide useful information on OTC products as a pharmacy shopping guide. There are three parts to this app.
1. OTC brand selection guide.
2. Home medical equipment and tests.
3. Available vaccines in pharmacies.
In the OTC brand selection guide there are ten contents:
1. Vitamin & Mineral
2. Herbal supplements
3. Adult OTC
4. Feminine Care
5. Pediatric OTC
6. Diabetic Care
7. New Drugs & Vaccines 8. Homeopathic
9. Seasonal OTC
10. Infant Care
In order to be user friendly, the contents open up like a menu, and it goes by categories and OTC selections from each category or subcategory. Also It gives a list of vaccines in pharmacies that are available to the public. Plus, this app will give users up to 3 pharmacist’s recommended brand choices so that users can shop like a pro, ask questions like a pro. In addition, this app provides some information about newly FDA approved prescription, non prescription drugs and new vaccines.
Using layman terms and menu like displays this app is easy like ABC for everyone to use, whether you are a first time pharmacy shopper or professionals.
iOTC app is in duo languages, English and Chinese. Spanish and English.
