L’application est traduite par un réseau de bénévoles en 7 langues : anglais, ukrainien, arabe, pachto, persan/dari, tigrinya et russe.
Gratuite et accessible à tous, cette application s’adresse tout autant aux personnes réfugiées qu’à leurs accompagnants, qui peuvent l’utiliser comme un outil de médiation et d’orientation.

Vous pourrez trouver les démarches, les associations et les actions autour de chez vous. Le nombre d’actions recensées par ville augmente toutes les semaines.
LES FONCTIONNALITÉS
Exploration guidée : L’application vous guide tout au long de votre expérience. Explorez 10 thématiques de l’intégration et précisez votre besoin afin de trouver les fiches les plus intéressantes pour vous.
Recherche optimisée : Recherchez directement par mot-clé dans l’ensemble des contenus de l’application et dans la langue que vous souhaitez. La recherche prend en compte les erreurs de typographie et la proximité lexicale.
Favoris et partage : Mettez de côté les fiches qui vous intéressent pour les retrouver facilement plus tard. Vous pouvez également les partager et les envoyer à vos proches.
Personnalisation de l’application : La ville dans laquelle vous habitez, votre tranche d’âge et votre niveau en français agissent comme des filtres. Ces informations permettent de proposer des dispositifs et des démarches adaptés à votre situation.
QUI SOMMES-NOUS ?
L’application Réfugiés.info a été développée par la Délégation interministérielle à l’accueil et à l’intégration des réfugiés (DIAIR). Le projet est aujourd’hui déployé par la Mednum, la coopérative des acteurs de la médiation numérique.
Toutes les fonctionnalités sont coconstruites et testées par des utilisateurs et des travailleurs sociaux avant leur développement. L’application propose ainsi une expérience adaptée à ses utilisateurs et en accord avec leurs besoins.
